FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

*Will update with more questions if applicable.

  • Q: What if I don't like the model I originally rode? A: You can test ride another! Just because you rode one, does not mean you are locked out from another ride.
  • Q. How early do I have to arrive? A: Considering reservations are first come, first served, you may want to arrive well in advance to schedule a time for popular models like the CVOs. You can also schedule a time and come back when your time is coming up. Otherwise, please be present and ready 10 minutes before your scheduled ride.
  • Q: Where will we be riding? A: Routes will be guided, and you will be riding in a group with other test riders. Routes will be decided on as the event approaches.
  • Q: What if I decide to buy a bike the day of my test ride? A: After your ride, feel free to visit any of our available salesmen. They can show you the units in store if in stock, or give you more information on what is available. If you'd like a specific model, they can also work with you to ensure you get the one that you want.
